Mumbai / Dubai – Atom Financial Services Group, a diversified financial services group, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Sirius Capital, a UAE-based investment banking and strategic advisory firm with significant experience across debt restructuring, strategic advisory, M&A, and cross-border corporate finance.
The acquisition marks a defining milestone in Atom's evolution into a more integrated financial services platform. With the launch of Atom Investment Banking, the group now brings together wealth management, investment banking, insurance broking, legacy planning, and strategic advisory capabilities under a unified ecosystem designed to support promoter families, entrepreneurs, corporates, institutional investors, and private clients across multiple dimensions of wealth and capital.

The addition of Sirius Capital significantly enhances the group's cross-border investment banking and advisory capabilities across these strategic financial corridors.
Following the completion of the acquisition and integration process, Bhanu Vittalam, founder of Sirius Capital, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Atom's Investment Banking arm effective 3 June 2026.
